Question: Can I buy your products in my local stores or malls?

Answer: Unfortunately, not at this time. We are looking at negotiating deals with local retailers to enhance your shopping convenience, and as soon as any new deals are reached, we will update the website.

Question: Can I submit an idea for a product?

Answer: Absolutely! We would love to hear your ideas for future developments. RIVALWEAR offers royalties for ideas used in our products. After an agreement of terms is made, submissions will become the intellectual property of RIVALWEAR.

Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: RIVALWEAR will accept any item in its original, new, unworn condition, for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee, for up to 30 days after your item is purchased. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping costs. If we send you an incorrect item, however, we will gladly cover shipping expenses. Returns desired after 30 days will be remedied at the sole discretion of RIVALWEAR.

Question: What is your shipping policy?

Answer: RIVALWEAR is committed to getting your product to you as quickly as possible so that you can begin to immediately bleed your allegiance. Your items will typically be processed and shipped by the next business day. If, for some unforeseeable reason, there is a delay with your order, you will be notified by email, and your items will be shipped within no longer than 5 business days.

Question: Do some of your items infringe upon copyright and trademarks of others?

Answer: Absolutely not! Our team has spent countless hours conducting research and consulting with legal counsel to ensure that our ideas are just that, ours! That being said, all products on RIVALWEAR.com are the sole property of RIVALWEAR, and are protected by registered copyrights and trademarks where applicable. Any attempt to infringe upon these rights will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
